How we keep the marketplace honest
Every ad on Vivadoo is subject to our posting rules: it must describe a real, legal item, sit in the right category, use genuine photos, and carry the full price. Ads that break the rules — prohibited products, misleading text, recycled photos — are removed.
Every listing carries a Report button. Reports go to our moderation team, and repeat offenders lose their account. Reporting takes seconds and is the single most effective thing you can do for the next buyer.
What Vivadoo never does
Vivadoo is a classifieds site: buyer and seller deal with each other directly. Knowing what we never do is your best protection against impersonation scams:
- We never collect payment on a seller's behalf. There is no "Vivadoo payment", "Vivadoo escrow" or "Vivadoo wallet".
- We never deliver items. Any "Vivadoo delivery" or "Vivadoo shipping" offer is a scam.
- We never email or message you asking for card numbers, banking codes or one-time passwords.
- We never guarantee or refund a private transaction. If someone promises that "in Vivadoo's name", report them.
Your side of the deal
Because payment happens directly between you and the seller, the habits in our safety tips are what actually protect your money: see the item before paying, pay on collection, and never send a deposit to someone you haven't met.
